GIS and 3D cadastre in land registration of the electrical networks

The flexibility of the land movement and the complexity of modern land use require the implementations of the new and modern technologies, as GIS and 3D cadastres. In these conditions it is necessary to develop methods to register utility networks and the installations. Then the methods can serve them to specify the locations, routes, dimensions, constructions materials, technical parameters and status. This paper presents the role of cadastre and land registration in the rights property theory. Besides, the paper is for property registrations and for utilities networks management, especially for electrical networks.
