摘要：
Monensin, an ionophore is used as feed additive for prophylactic control of coccidiosis in ruminants (Smith and Sherman, 1994) and to improve weight gain and feed efficiency (Hawkridge, 1980), The value of feeding supplement containing monensin to goat is relatively unknown. Considering the importance of monensin and vitamin E as growth promoters in ruminant livestock, this experiment was designed to evaluate the effect of supplementation of monensin and tocopheyrl acetate in the ration of Barbari kids on body weight gain and influence on some haemtobiochemical constituents.
