摘要
The dynamic characteristic of the machine tool has a very important influence on the quality of the workpiece. In particular, the high speed micro milling process puts forward higher requirements for dynamic characteristics. We take the micro-milling system as the research object and use ANSYS Workbench to establish the 3D solid model of the micro-cutting system, then simplify it. Using workbench ANSYS to carry on the static analysis, the modal analysis and Harmonic response to the micro-milling system, the weak link of the micro-milling system is pointed out, which provides guidance for the further optimization.
