Research on Innovation of Rural Disputes Governance

Rural disputes are in various types and of complex causes. And the current available dispute resolution mechanisms are in different performances while settling rural disputes. Improvement and perfection focusing on those mechanisms in good performance and most common application such as the people's mediation mechanism, administrative mechanism, civil mechanism as well as litigation mechanism is the right way for innovation of rural dispute resolution mechanisms. In the current periods, since the new type of rural disputes blooms, the respective efficient measures should be taken to improve the efficacy of corresponding rural disputes resolution mechanisms. As to the people's mediation mechanism, it is facing innovation and TV mediation is a new try; as to the administrative mechanism, the routine mechanism is facing integration and reconstruction; as to the civil mechanism, it needs encouraging the generation and development of healthy civil organizations; as to the litigation mechanism, it needs to be perfected and strengthened.
