摘要
The modern world is the globalization of processes in all spheres of activity and the desire to establish positive cross-border relations, thanks to which the range of foreign languages used in everyday and professional activities is constantly expanding. This makes it possible to use the accumulated experience of domestic corporations in an international environment, and it also becomes possible to implement advanced international ideas for the dynamic development of Russian companies and industries. Cooperation with foreign firms, the presence of offices abroad and the satisfaction of various needs of the customer base act as strategic goals of modern business. The comprehensive integration of public and private enterprises into the global economic space in difficult modern conditions determines the study of a foreign language in order to increase the multilingual foreign language professional competence of employees who are able to work productively in international economic markets. In companies' management language and cultural competencies play an important role in the management of large international companies, and an important criterion for the success of the professional activities of the corporation's employees is the knowledge of a foreign language, at least, an advanced level. In this regard, one of the promising areas of recent decades has been language training in a corporate format. Learning a foreign language helps to understand, accept and correctly interpret the culture and traditions of partner countries, which positively affects the development of companies and the economy of the country as a whole, determine the competitive advantage of the company in the modern international market. The article substantiates the problem under study, defines the object of research, hypothesis, tasks, methodological foundations and research methods, and determines its scientific novelty. The concept of "corporate multilingual learning environment" is analyzed, its methodological and linguistic function is emphasized. The author examines corporate foreign language teaching from various positions presented by researchers of the main domestic and foreign schools. Particular attention is paid to the use of a multilingual environment in the corporate format of teaching adults oral foreign language speech and ways to overcome them in the corporate training format. The classification of criteria and parameters is given, the stages of the formation of a multilingual corporate environment for teaching foreign languages are analyzed, as well as factors that hinder the process of corporate adult education in a multilingual space. By the multilingual environment of corporate learning we mean the teaching of foreign language communication in a corporate environment, which is based on cognitive, linguistic, cross-cultural, social experience of learning foreign languages. The results of this study can be used in the training of specialists in various fields of activity working in international markets, and also contribute to the development of methods of adult education in the field of additional adult education.
