Solid phase synthesis of hydantoin library using a novel cyclization and traceless cleavage step

摘要：
The variety of N,N-disubstituted hydantoin libraries were constructed using derivatives of amino acids, aromatic aldehydes, and isocyanates. The cyclization step of hydantoin was a novel, fast and clean reaction and completed within five minutes to 1 hour with near diisopropylamine. All library compounds were obtained in excellent yield with high purity even after 5 steps. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
