摘要
With the development of computer software and network technology, some management software, such as OA, ERP, CRM, have been well applied in large enterprises. But it is difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to implement information management through using such software. Therefore, how to solve business collaborative problems for SMEs in network environment becomes focus. However, the emergence of SaaS model can decrease the threshold of office automation business and bring hope for office automation of SMEs. This paper firstly introduces the SaaS service, under which software are provided to users of SMEs with online renting and they can adopt diversified payment patterns. Then, the architecture of SaaS and private cloud-based collaboration OA system is designed. Finally, the system's security strategies are designed and analyzed.
