摘要：

One new gentisyl alcohol derivative and seven known compounds were isolated from the culture of Penicillium sp. Their chemical structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis. Compounds 1, 4, and 6 inhibited Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, and Escherichia coli with MICs of 32-128 mu g/mL.
