摘要：
It is an increasing concern that the college foreign language teacher metacognitive ability plays an important role in the process of teaching. From the perspective of metacognition, it is necessary to explore the correlation between teacher metacognition and teacher development. More importantly, we should be aware of the truth how to improve and accelerate teacher development by means of teacher metacognition.
