摘要：
A malignant tumour during pregnancy is a rare event. Breast, gyneacologic and skin cancers and haematologic malignancies are the most frequent tumours. Facing this situation, the practitioner has to solve several issues: choosing the most efficient treatment and therapeutic sequence and optimallymanaging the pregnancy. The complexity of these clinical situations and the necessity to obtain epidemiological, pharmacological and biological data to answer essential questions make it essential to create a certified national network.
