摘要
In this paper, the authors describe the first part of a 3-year research study. The purpose of this research was to probe into the demands regarding the technological creativity of enterprises and the development of technological creativity in industrial vocational schools. Several experts were interviewed and included a business manager, an inventor, a college professor and a vocational education teacher. The authors focused on exploring the teaching strategies for technological creativity in industrial vocational schools. The essences of technological creativity can be divided into four dimensions, namely: attitude, intelligence, knowledge and technical ability. The cultivation strategies should start from the development of generating a technological creative atmosphere on campus, followed by improving teaching methods and encouraging cooperative learning.
