摘要
Expressions for coherent and diffuse components of total integrated reflecting power of single crystals with microdefects of several types, including the large ones, in the Laue geometry of diffraction are obtained within the approximation of a thick crystal that is applicable in the cases of large extinction effects. Expression for differential extinction coefficient is also obtained in case of Laue geometry.
