摘要：
The analytical expressions for the coherent and diffuse components of differential and integrated intensity of dynamical scattering in crystals with defects of several types and arbitrary sizes are obtained in case of Bragg diffraction with orientation-dependent interferential extinction coefficient. The exact expression for the static Debye-Waller factor of spherical clusters is derived, and its difference from the asymptotic formulas, which have been used earlier, is demonstrated.
