Research on asset securitization financing of the facilities in China's sports stadiums

The stadium in our country is faced by financing difficulties. Through the analysis of the main form of asset securitization financing of stadiums in the United States, and with the combination China's national conditions, the authors analyze the obstacles, the feasibilities and the advantages in using asset securitization financing in the construction of China's large-scale stadiums. Finally they come to the conclusion that our country objectively has already had the conditions for asset securitization financing, which is the potential path to resolve financing problems of China's large-scale stadiums.
