摘要
What do the laws of thermodynamics look like, when applied to individual systems at molecular length scales? I will address one aspect of this question, summarizing recent progress related specifically to the second law, which can be reformulated in unexpected ways that reveal genuinely novel features of nanoscale thermodynamics.
