摘要
In developing countries, poor engagement issues have been reported related to poor training, such as traditional or online training. This study aims to summarise all issues relating to employee disengagement in online training applications. To confirm these issues that have been summarised based on previous work, this study used a qualitative interview with experts from Saudi Arabia, and they gave feedback based on questions derived from a literature review. In conclusion, qualitative techniques could help solve these issues through suggestions or recommendations.
