摘要
In order to make full use of various resources and to meet the challenge brought about by China's entry of WTO, the construction enterprise must depend on technical improvement and enhance competitiveness on domestic and foreign architectural market. In the process of realizing the transformation, a sound assess of construction enterprises' technical improvement is an indispensable procedure, and it is of great significance for the enterprises to adopt new achievements, to carry out technical renewal and improvement, and to raise the management level. In accordance with the assess theory of technical improvement, the author of this paper probes into the establishment of the assess index of construction enterprise's technical improvement and the related parameters adopted.
