摘要
With the increase of application of nonlinear load in power grid, harmonic current is produced by a number of different types of power grid. The complex environment has great influence on the electricity grid system stability reliability and power quality. The conventional smart electricity meter cannot fully reflect the harmonic related features. This paper presents a harmonic smart electricity meter(harmonic meter) based on high precision A/D converter and high speed digital signal processing(DSP) unit. The meter can record harmonically related parameters and achieve the fine management of power parameters. It can provide reference to power indicator assessment of power supply and user, and ensure the fairness of power measurement trade settlement and the stability of operation equipment and power grid.
