摘要
Over the years OPCOM1 published a series of official tops for the Romanian electricity market. This article contains an analysis of the electricity market and a top of the actors on the bilateral contracts centralized market, using the Electre III method By applying this method on the bilateral contracts centralized market for the year 2011, they obtained tops that consider all the elements of the market players and the transaction framework In this article we are trying to identify the openness degree of the electricity market, the way the EU directives are enforced regarding the electricity market liberalization, the transactions and bids framework and offers a real top of the players.
