摘要
The most effective way of development process of electronic virtual laboratory activities in physics and information technologies has been presented. In the described virtual laboratory work the mathematical modeling, hardware-in-the-loop simulation, electrical emulation of sensors were effectively combined with didactic requirements such as formalization, application of mathematical terminology, development of dimensional imagination, modeling and dynamics of physical processes. The main steps of development and execution of virtual laboratory work in preparation for the real experiment with unique equipment and created software for modern material science and microelectronics have been described in detail. Improvement of the virtual simulators to create the results of observations with the addition of random errors and delays typical of real measuring devices have been implemented. It is shown that student can clearly see the kinetics of studied processes taking place in the volume of the sample. It was demonstrated that immersion environment provides the ability of interaction with virtual objects and tools much more efficiently to show the researcher the functioning of automatic methods especially with complex and unique equipment. The computer demonstrations as important didactic means at study of engineering and physics in systems of electronic education can be introduced by the simulation of a physical process through animation and video of the real experiment.
