摘要
MicroRNAs have been regarded as the new markers for cancer diagnosis and treatment. Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) with the merits of electrochemistry and chemiluminescence exhibits high sensitivity, low background, fast response and high simplicity. This work focused on the recent progress in the design strategies for miRNAs detection with ECL biosensors.
