摘要：
Intelligent Housing Estate is a cluster of residential buildings with Chinese characteristics. Since the first housing estate was settled in China in 1997, a great many housing estates have been and are being constructed throughout China. Housing estates have become the main stream of intelligent buildings in China. In this paper, the definition and the development phases of Chinese Intelligent Housing Estate are introduced in detail. Then, the problems existing in the management of housing estates' construction, delivery and operation are deeply investigated and subsequently the countermeasures are proposed for further discussion.
