Framework Research on Appropriate Energy-saving Technique Based on the Principle of the Value Engineering

摘要
From the perspective of the value engineering, this article studies on the building energy-saving technique and analyzes the basic framework research, which is on the theory of the value engineering using in the energy-saving design of the residential building. In light of the current economic situation of the domestic technique, it proposes the basic tactics of the building energy-saving for innovation of the appropriate technique and for the low-tech. The aim of this dissertation is to provide some new advancing ideas that the building energy-saving technique should be appropriate on the local nature, the economic as well as the social environment, and should be made the best comprehensive benefits.
