摘要
Since GIS bushings are keeping the conducting lines being insulated from the ground and decreasing the intensified electric field strength, its safe and reliable operation are extremely important. However, the complicated structure and high electric field strength are making the structural optimization of bushings necessary. In this paper, the basic principles and process of the newly-presented artificial fish-swarm algorithm (short as AFSA) are introduced in detail. Furthermore, finite element method (short as FEM) is employed to calculate the electric field distribution of an ultra-high voltage (short as UHV) GIS bushing. The mathematical model with multi-parameters and multi-tasks is also constructed by using evaluation method. The artificial fish-swarm algorithm realized in MATLAB could interact with ANSYS with orders realized by parametric design language. After the automatic optimization, the object function was decreased by 12.66%. The optimized structural parameters and the optimization method could provide theoretical guidance for bushings' domestic production and improving safe operation of state grid.
