摘要
In this paper, a high-performance dual-orthogonal polarized antenna array, for 5G communication in 28 GHz band, is proposed offering the capability to support both horizontal and vertical polarization. In conjunction with a high isolation between the horizontal and vertical polarization (lower than -20 dB; 22.5-30.1 GHz), four stacked patch antennas combined with four wideband dipole antennas are utilized to promote coverage. The simulated peak gain by V-polarization, H-polarization, and dipole Antenna are 9.84 dBi, 10.1 dBi and 7.68 dBi respectively. Furthermore, the radiation parameters and gain of the proposed array are experimentally investigated using a realistic model of a mobile handset.
