摘要
According to electronization for car, many units which have thermal sources are mounted in vehicle and some heated units are broken down in operation. This problem can be caused by a big accident. Because of this problem, heat generation of electronic unit is a big issue in a recent automotive business. Recently, most automakers and auto-parts suppliers always have been tried to rapidly predict or figure out thermal phenomena in limited time to remove serious thermal problems before developing their relevant electronic units using thermal source. That's why, accurate thermal analysis in limited time based on CAE/CFD is much more important regarding automotive business. This paper have been considered how can we do accurate thermal analysis regarding five kinds of thermal CFD models in limited time.
