摘要
The cold rolling operation is carried out with a large overflow of oil lubricant. The rolled strip heats up to around 100 degrees C in relation to the cold reduction Same of the lubricant is vaporized; this part is captured by mill hoods, but a certain amount of lubricant remains at the surface of the strip after coiling and is vaporized slowly during storage Although these vapors have no toxicity the acceptable level is below 5 mg/Nm(3) and a collecting system is suitable. The air has to be treated before recycling in the atmosphere. The working conditions with lip to date Sendzimir milts (rolling speed around 1000 m/min) showed that the collection and treatment by zeolite is the most suitable solution. The cold rolling operation is carried out with a large overflow of oil lubricant.
