摘要：
This paper presents the second level of evaluation index system on the competitive advantage of Small-Medium Enterprises' (SME) cluster, aided by the fuzzy method, and by analyzing the internal and external factors of enterprises' cluster and esp. by discriminating the influential factors in the six aspects, such as cluster resources, creativity, network connection, external economy, industry environment and system environment. From a practical point of view, the system offers some guide for the sustained competition of SMEs cluster.
