摘要
In this study, the design and manufacture of a small-scale cable-stayed bridge model based on Shandong Binzhou Yellow River Highway Bridge (BZB) have been described in details. Based on this model, the effect of the damage of cables to the loading behavior and dynamic behavior of the bridge has been studied, by considering different damage locations, different amount of damaged cables and different damage levels, etc. According to the experimental results, damage of the cables will significantly affect both the cable force and internal force state of the girder; however, it will be little influence to modal frequency.
