摘要：
The concept of cluster has become a research topic following Michael Porter's study on the competitive advantage of nations. A cluster is an economic phenomenon place in a competitive environment, in which firms compete but also collaborate. The paper proposes a genetic algorithm for economic clusters formation. This approach introduces the concept of intelligence index, which aims to optimal partitions of a set of firms.
