摘要
First, the thesis generalizes the relevant literature about psychological capital home and abroad. Secondly, the author brings out the thesis's research conceptualization and hypotheses, and then the thesis sets the Chinese workers as the research object, using questionnaire survey and statistic analysis, verifies the follow relations: the employees' psychological capital and resiliency have significant negative correlation with turnover intention; The employees' hope level and optimistic level have negative correlation with turnover intention, but not significant.
