摘要：
This paper will analyze the capital structure of Chinese listed real estate companies with the method of stepwise regression, and we will select some main factors form eight influence factors. At last, we will get the conclusion that main factors affecting the capital structure, and relative companies should pay attention to problems when they are in capital allocation and in operating.(1)
