摘要
Applying Statistical Design a new method was optimized for the extraction of the oil from Musk Rose seed by a solution with sodium dodecylbencenesulphonate, showing to be less deteriorating. The oil was characterized applying physical, chemical and chromatography methods. Its properties were compared with another similar oils, behaving similar to lind-seed oil. The significant variables of the process were the extraction time and the detergent concentration in solution. The highest oild yield obtained was 5,5% in relation to the seed dry basis, at 85 degreesC, 40 minutes extraction time, and 2% detergent.
