摘要：
Campus micro-public welfare has changed the traditional mode of the public service with its characteristics of simplicity, practicability, wide participation, high independence and high transparency, making public service undertaking near to young students. The campus micro-public welfare projects will be carried out to cultivate college students' public spirit, to develop young students' citizen consciousness, to carry forward the national spirit, and to guide the students to establish the correct values in a new way.
