摘要：
With the development of economy and society, the stakeholder theory is accepted gradually. However, it is difficult to realize in the project value management because the matching investment theory has not been established. This paper analyzes the value compositions and inherent links between original assessment theories of investment projects and the stakeholder theory and then restructures the evaluation model of investment projects based on the stakeholder theory, making the maturity and operability of the stakeholder theory possible.
