摘要：
Starting from the intrinsic heterogeneity existing in each of the groups in which we teach the subject of History of Law, we offer some reflections on how our teaching work should be channeled, in order to achieve both the best possible assimilation of the concepts transmitted as also for the students to obtain satisfactory results.
