摘要：
By employing the questionnaires, the thesis conducts the surveys on professional managers of family enterprises, such as their motivations and mental states, their desires for effective motivation mechanism and their attitudes towards the present jobs. By exploring the problems of objective encouragement in the enterprises' human resources background among the professional managers in family enterprises, the thesis put forward some suggestions concerning how to set the objectives, how to attain the objectives, how to evaluate the results, and how to provide the communication, motivation and constraints. It is also hoped the thesis can provide some insights about how to set the motivation objectives and strengthen the management of the objectives.
