摘要：

Currently, Chinese universities have displayed more and more vital role in cultivating talents. However, the complex issues of financial management in universities have restrained their development seriously. So financial management innovation in universities has become a urgent matter. Firstly, the paper gives the connotation of the financial management in university; further, it analyzes the bottleneck of the financial management at present and points out its formation causes; finally, by combining the practice, it puts forward some suggestions on improving and optimizing the financial management in universities.
