摘要：

With the development of market oriented economy and the deepening of china education system reform, Chinese colleges and universities are faced with a new issue of adapting their financial management to the requirement of market economy. This paper focuses on the problems in the financial management in these colleges and gives some specific measures to strengthen the financial management.
