Research on Coordination of Closed-Loop Supply Chain with Quantity Discount Contract

摘要：
In this paper, a closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) composed of one manufacturer and one retailer is investigated in centralized and decentralized models. We find that there are "double marginalization" problems in the forward and reverse supply chain of decentralized CLSC. For this reason, a quantity discount contract is designed to coordinate the decentralized CLSC to improve it profits, and all members in the system can get pare to profit with this contract.
