Model of extensive educational system for state employee in Indonesia

Disparity of state employee's capability among regions and between local and center government in Indonesia hamper to develop and deliver public services base on national strategic plan. As a result, service quality to the public, are different from region to region, and it needs human resources development by means of formal and standardized education. The problem turns up whenever working people have to change their role as student in college and go back to the office. The purpose of study is to set up a model of Extensive Educational system for State employee in Indonesia, in order to maintain their spirit and performance at their three places, office - college - office.
