摘要
Introduced work describes basic factors, which influence on dielectrics surface strength. These measurements, confirm occurrence mechanism which determine electrical strength of dielectrics. The method of improvement surface strength was described, this method depend on using semiconductive layer in the form of varnish with different surface resistivity. Results and analysis have to be use for more effective exploitation insulation and safety equipments, exposed on surface discharges effect
