摘要
This paper analyzes innovative capacity of the Member States of the EAEU based on the global innovation index, and identifies the differences between national innovative potential of these countries. Meanwhile, this paper has put emphasis on the analysis of financial risks of EAEU-China innovation cooperation and put forward the preventive measures against risk.
