摘要：
Value stream mapping (VSM) has become up-to date implementation method for Leon Manufacturing (LM). Using VSM every process in material and information flow, along with key data can be presented. These abilities also distinguish VSM significantly from tools such as process mapping' or 'layout diagrams'. Despite of this obvious priority VSM is still too rarely used in manufacturing companies. The main goal of the paper is to expose this deficiency. Use of this applicable tool will be augmented, including manufacturing case study.
