摘要
Building upon the specialized literature in the field, the paper introduces an assessment model with eleven dimensions that organizations can use to evaluate the maturity of their processes. These dimensions, which drive organization towards a sustainable success, are the following: organizational context; strategic planning; process management; human resource management; material, information and financial resource management; customer relationship management; supplier and partner relationship management; risk management; results analysis; performance evaluation; learning, improvement, and innovation. The study was driven by the need for Romanian organizations to link their internal and external results achieved with sustainab.ility improvement
