MANAGING PROCESS MATURITY FOR SUSTAINABILITY IN ROMANIAN ORGANIZATIONS

Building upon the specialized literature in the field, the paper introduces an assessment model with eleven dimensions that organizations can use to evaluate the maturity of their processes.
