A four base computational method for the implementation of a quantum computer using silicon devices: Circuit and simulation

摘要
In this paper a model for the implementation of a quantum computer based on semiconductor devices is being presented. The mechanism in which a two level computational basis is represented, as well as a detailed description of the quantum CNOT gate is given. A simulation of a quantum circuit being implemented in the above model is also given among with some estimation of the errors introduced, when the computation is performed in actual physical systems.
