摘要
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has now become a hot topic of many companies around the world. CSR is not just a demand of society. In fact companies are finding that CSR is absolutely necessary for doing business. Being the first largely industry and the rising industry, the worldwide tourism industry has its own traits and status in adopting CSR. Upon this background, the authors apply Kotler's CSR framework to typical tourism corporate of some kinds (such as the travel agency, the hotel, the scenic spots, the transportation and the tourism website) in China, and then give the recommendations for each kind of Chinese tourism corporate.
