摘要：
The field of project management has come of age in terms of the technical tools to be used for project planning and scheduling. Technical tools are also available for project control, but little guidance is given to project managers on the daily control changes that have to be made. This paper attempts to fill that void, identifying a set of resources that project managers can use during project execution to enhance the successful carrying out of the project plan.
