摘要
The need to negotiate agreements for Web site enables on-line advertising to take effect alongside other media as an essential means for businesses to market their goods and services. The agreement should include the following conditions: it should have a domain name; it can host virtual and nonvirtual environments; include technical requirements; consideration of the developing price of the site; special assignments and subcontracts; acceptance procedures; who will own the finished site; answer international intellectual issues; customer data usage; developer and client publicity; warranties and security of data; and handling of unexpected disputes over the completion of the agreement.
