Modeling Thermocyclic Loads Of The Hydrogen-Oxygen Steam Generator Using The Ansys Software Complex

摘要
Mathematical modeling of the start-up of the hydrogen-oxygen steam generator from the cold state has been carried out. Analysis of the temperature mode and the resulting thermal stresses in the walls of the combustion chamber is performed. The finite element method using the ANSYS software was used to assess thermodynamic parameters of the combustion products and the cooling water, the temperature of the walls in the combustion chamber and modeling of the combustion process. Assessment of the temperature mode of the walls in the combustion chamber shows that when using water-cooling and chromium bronze as the material, the maximum wall temperature on the combustion products is significantly lower than the melting point. Optimization of the start-up schedule allows to reduce the arising thermal stresses from 600 MPa to 250 MPa per cycle. An approximate resource of the hydrogen-oxygen steam generator for a given design of the combustion chamber was determined for a daily start-stop according to the optimized schedule, which amounted to 1-1.5 years or 365-550 start-ups
